Bahan-bahan:

1 ons tempe sing rodo malem
8 lombok abang
5 siung brambang
4 siung bawang
1 sendok ebi
2 butir kemiri
kencur sak jempol
10 helai daun jeruk purut

Godok nganggo banyu 500cc nganti meh entek banyune. Kebeh diuleg dadi siji, terus digodok maneh nganggo santen 1 liter, ditambahi tahu 5 ons, banjur ditambahai bumbu-bumbu; 2 lembar godong salam, laos digetjek, uyah sakcukupe, gula abang sakcukupe, vetsin. Yen wis umup diangkat.

Sayure:
bayem,lankacang panjang.

Sego Goreng Jawa (Javanese Fried Rice)

Bahan-bahan
500 gr nasi putih
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
3 helai daun bawang, iris kasar
1 sdm kecap manis
garam secukupnya
Bumbu Halus
5 btr bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
6 bh cabai merah
1/2 bh tomat
1/2 sdm terasi bakar
Garnish
irisan telur dadar, irisan tomat dan irisan mentimun
Cara Membuat
Tumis bumbu/bahan yang dihaluskan sampai berbau harum. Masukkan nasi, aduk agar bercampur rata dengan bumbu.
Tambahkan irisan daun bawang dan kecap manis serta garam, aduk-aduk lagi hingga semua benar-benar rata.
Hidangkan bersama garnish.

Ingredients
500 gr white rice
3 spoons cooking oil
3 leaves green onion, cut rough
1 spoon sweet soysauce
1 spoon salt
Pulverized and mixed spicies
5 shallots
2 cloves garlic
6 red chillies
1/2 tomato
1/2 spoon roasted terasi(shrimp paste)
Garnish
Sliced omelette, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber
Method
Saute the pulverized spicies till gets good aroma then add rice and mix them well.
Add sliced green onion, soysauce and salt, mix well again till all weldone.
Serve together with garnish.

Annotation : Terasi is condiment made of pounded and fermented shrimp or fish. You can leave it out if there is not available at your area. Or or if you like you can put some fresh shrimp instead.

Sego Goreng Keju
Bahan-bahan
500 gr nasi putih
250 gr dada ayam, potong dadu kecil
2 sdm mentega
200 gr keju, potong dadu kecil
4 sdm kacang polong
1/2 sdm kecap manis
1 bawang bombay, cincang halus
1 sdt garam
4 sosis sapi, iris tipis
4 sdm saus tomat
1 sdt kecap beraroma
1 batang wortel, potong dadu kecil rebus matang

Pelengkap
50 gr keju parut
1/2 sdt garam
4 butir telur

Kocok, buat dadar dan iris tipis
Cara Membuat
Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay, cabai merah, wortel, dada ayam dan sosis sapi hingga matang. Masukkan kacang polong, nasi putih, saus tomat, kecap manis, kecap beraroma dan garam. Aduk rata. Hidangkan selagi panas denga dadar keju.

Ingredients
500 gr white cooked rice
2 spoons butter
250 gr chicken breast, make small cube slices
200 gr cheese, make small cube slices
1 red chilli, remove the seeds, make thin slices
1 onion, chopped
4 spoons green peas
4 spoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 spoon sweet soya sauce
1 teaspoon aromatic soya sauce
1 carrot, make small cube slices, boiled well
Method
Melt butter, saute onion, red chilli, chicken breast, beef sausage and carrot till welldone.
Add peas, white boiled rice, tomato sauce, sweet soya sauce, aromatic soya sauce and salt. Mix well.
Serve while it is still hot garnish with thin slices of cheese omellete.
Cheese omellete made by mixing 50 gr parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4 eggs.
